Eau Claire Farmers Market is situated in a beautiful corner of Phoenix park next to the Madison Street Bridge in downtown Eau Claire, about a 20-minute ride from The Augusta Victorian Rose. It was constructed in 2006 to accomplish the following goals:

To provide a connection to farm and country life
To provide an opportunity for the customers to talk directly with the farmers who produced the food
To support small family farms whose continued existence depends on selling directly to the consumers
To provide community access to fresh farm produce
To provide an open-air market where people meet to visit with friends and neighbors
